Happy Birthday CSEM!
The Swiss Centre for Electronics and Microtechnology (CSEM) celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2024, marking four decades of innovation in key areas such as microtechnology, digitalisation, sustainability and life sciences.
HES-SO Launches Institute for Life Sciences, Goes Digital
In 2024, the HES-SO Institute of Life Technologies rebranded itself as the HES-SO Institute of Life Sciences and overhauled its Bachelor programs. The Institute added a new study direction in Digital Life Sciences, which will be headed by Alexandre Kuhn.
New FHNW Institute Head Will Lead Biotechnet Bioresources Platform
The FHNW welcomed Marco Rupprich as the new Head of its Institute for Ecopreneurship. Marco will also take over the leadership of the Biotechnet Bioresources platform. We thank Philippe Corvini for his dedicated service and look forward to continued collaboration between our members in environment, energy, and more.
ZHAW Institute for Computational Life Sciences Joins Biotechnet
The ZHAW Institute for Computational Life Sciences (ICLS) joined Biotechnet as a full member. ICLS will play a key role in advancing Biotechnet's Data Science Platform in 2025. Biotechnet looks forward to working with ICLS and wishes its researchers a warm welcome to our network!
